Kennady Diamonds - MV2013C0023

The operation will consist of exploration assessment work on claims and mineral leases held by the company. Work will consist
of prospecting and glacial mapping, geochemical and geophysical surveys and diamond drilling to test and delineate kimberlite targets. A bulk sample for DMS (Dense Media Separation) will be
obtained in order to test milling and diamond recovery from approximately 50 tonnes of material this year (2014) but up to 200 tonnes obtained in the Kelvin-Faraday corridor over time. Drilling
equipment in use (See Attachment) will include 3 diamond drill rigs, a Hornet dry RC rig and possibly a Large Diameter Reverse-Circulation drilling rig.
If bedrock trenching is required in order to obtain bulk sample materials, it will be conducted using explosives to expose the bedrock material and break it up for sampling. A small excavator
will be used to remove the sample material from any proposed trench in order to package and ship it out for DMS testing.
Winter road pioneering, construction and maintenance will involve creation of ice portages between water bodies. These temporary winter roads will allow access by tractor-trailer combinations for
logistical support and moving equipment. Assorted equipment listed separately will be used to build and maintain the winter road routes on the property and provide transportation.
Fuel caches will be established on the property mainly consisting of 205 litre containers (drums). In the future, the same volume of fuel may be stored utilizing Envirotanks with appropriate secondary containment berms.
