​Type A Water Licence for Construction and Maintenance of the Mackenzie Valley Winter Road from Wrigley to Colville Lake.  The winter road is constructed and maintained from appoximately November to March of each year.

Scope of the licence: To obtain and use water from the proposed water sources along the existing winter road corridor.

Transboundary between the Sahtu and Dehcho regions.
