This licence allows the GNWT-DOT to construct and maintain the Mackenzie Valley Winter Road and the Colville Lake Winter Road through the K'asho Got'ine District within the Sahtu Settlement Area. The GNWT is licenced to use no more than 300 cubic metres of water per day at authorized water sources.
